I called beforehand to ensure my insurance was fully accepted and to make sure it was all handled properly. I thought it had been taken care of.
Then I got a bill. Then it was raised.
The dentist was VERY nice and I loved his personality and the way he handed things, mentioning he would treat me as he would his daughter. He was kind. I wish I could go back, but after this, I can't deal with that mess.
I paid my bill to get rid of it, but I shouldn't have had to pay anything.
It's not right and I'll find a new dentist.
