    The staff is very nice and helpful but their markup to send a package is horrific. I mailed a 4 lb, 12 X12 box by UPS today and it cost $32. It was already late so I mailed it but I wish I had waited and sent it by USPS. Live and learn

    Went in to buy a box. Guy told me it would be 30 dollars, for one box. When I looked at him in disbelief he said "you're paying for my time." Guess I should quit my job and start making cardboard boxes. I've never had a good experience here.
    I went up the street to the post office and got a box and had it shipped for less then 20 bucks.
    ---After leaving this review, the owner sought out my company to leave a bad review in retaliation for this post. He said if I take this down he will take his down. This guy is just a bully. No wonder so many people left bad reviews. What a petty thing to do.
