    I have been applying there for roughly 8 years. I have a extended background for welding and fitting but seems to my experience that every time I apply for a job they say their hiring until Raymond Wiggins sees me then automatically says their full. I have never done the company bad in any way but they seem to pick and choose and descrimate to others which is against company policy. Raymond Wiggins is racist and needs to be releaved of his duties if he can't be professional and allow everyone the equal opportunities. I would rate lower if it was possible
